Perfectionism is often thought of something that makes people succeed. It is the case that good work is important for progress, but seeking perfection is not something from that propels a person forward, even though it seems to be the case. It is often something that stops a person from getting things done. Perfectionism is often something that stops a person from learning more. Perfectionism is not a strength.
